Content & intellectual property
All content on this Site — including photos, videos, copy, and design — is owned by Maya Carter unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.
Collaborations & deliverables
Specific terms for a brand collaboration — including scope, usage rights, revisions, timelines, and payment — are agreed separately in writing (for example, via email or a signed agreement) before work begins. These general Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreement.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an invoice is issued upon completion of a project or per the schedule set out in the collaboration agreement. Late payments may delay delivery of future deliverables.
Cancellations
Either party may request to cancel a project prior to content delivery. Any work already completed, including concepting, filming, or editing, may be billed on a pro-rated basis.
Limitation of liability
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
